In the Malaysian corporate world especially among bankers, Zulpadli Mohamad is a familiar name. He had established a vast network of clientele through his ability to comprehend and advise on complicated corporate issues, on top of his pleasant communication’s skill. He has an extensive experience in handling commercial transaction such as transfer of shares, due diligence exercise, joint venture agreement etc. Equipped with management and business skills, Zulpadli had spearheaded the firm since its inception towards rapid expansion and venture.
Recently, he had involved in Felda Global Ventures Holdings Sdn Bhd (“FGV”) take-over of Felda Holding Berhad (“FHB”), which has been considered as the biggest company take-over in Malaysia for the year 2013 involving transfer value of RM2.2 Billion.
